Job Description Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. Zapewniania Jakości odpowiada za nadzór nad jakością i bezpieczeństwem produktów na wszystkich etapach produkcji. Głównym zadaniem jest monitorowanie zgodności procesów z obowiązującymi standardami (m. in HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) oraz wewnętrznymi wymaganiami Mondelez. Wspiera produkcję podczas analizy niezgodności, prowadzenia działań korygujących i zapobiegawczych, a także uczestniczy w audytach i szkoleniach pracowników. Istotnym elementem tej roli jest również aktywne budowanie kultury jakości w organizacji-promowanie odpowiedzialności za jakość na każdym stanowisku, podnoszenie świadomości pracowników oraz zachęcanie do ciągłego doskonalenia procesów. Celem tej roli jest zapewnienie, że końcowe wyroby spełniają najwyższe standardy jakości i bezpieczeństwa żywności i oczekiwania konsumentów. Główne obowiązki: Opracowywanie i aktualizacja procedur oraz instrukcji jakościowych. Kontrola i weryfikacja systemu bezpieczeństwa i zarządzania jakością. Szkolenie pracowników w zakresie standardów jakości. Zarządzanie reklamacjami wewnętrznymi oraz zewnętrznymi - monitorowanie, analizy, trendy, odpowiedzi na reklamacje wrażliwe, akcje korekcyjne i korygujące. Udział w audytach wewnętrznych, zewnętrznych oraz w wizytach instytucji zewnętrznych - koordynacja działań CAPA (akcje korekcyjne i korygujące). Udział w projektach dotyczących wdrażania nowych, jak również zmian istniejących produktów (surowce, opakowania, półprodukt, produkt gotowy). Prowadzenie inicjatyw ciągłego doskonalenia celem poprawy bezpieczeństwa, ergonomii pracy, jakości i redukcji kosztów zgodnie z podejściem zero strat. Współtworzenie programu IL6S, udział w spotkaniach DMS - daily managemenet system w obszarach, udział w GEMBA, uczestnictwo w filarach (m.in QM, SWP - standard work process). Główne wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe (chemia, technologia chemiczna, technologia żywności, bezpieczeństwo żywności lub pokrewne). Znajomość systemu HACCP, normy ISO 22000. Samodzielność w działaniu. Umiejętności szybkiej adaptacji do zmian. Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację.
