Job Description Jako Młodszy/-a Lider/-a Techniczny Linii będziesz prowadzić inżynieryjny nadzór nad pracą linii produkcyjnej w zakresie działań prewencyjnych i remontowych oraz zapewniać transfer wiedzy i umiejętności pomiędzy filarami Prewencyjnego Utrzymania Ruchu i Autonomicznego Utrzymania Ruchu oraz programu Integrated Lean Six Sigma. Do Twoich zadań będzie należało: Nadzorowanie dokumentacji technicznych maszyn i urządzeń. Tworzenie dokumentacji konstrukcyjnej zmian w maszynach Statystyczna i merytoryczna analiza danych awaryjnych, tworzenie BDA Inicjowanie modernizacji (konstrukcja, sterowanie) Tworzenie i nadzorowanie instrukcji obsługi maszyn (w tym OCAPy, instrukcje przeglądowe). Prowadzenie rejestru instrukcji obsługi maszyn Definiowanie specyfikacji dla nowych części do modernizacji maszyn i urządzeń (w porozumieniu z technikami UR oraz Specjalistą ds. Zakupów Technicznych). Zatwierdzanie specyfikacji i wniosków o części zamienne dla maszyn i urządzeń. Zbieranie ofert na wykonanie modernizacji maszyn i urządzeń Rekomendowanie wymaganych stanów magazynowych części zamiennych według stopnia krytyczności części Definiowanie wymagań procesowych maszyn i urządzeń – (stosowanie narzędzi SPC, Six Sigma) Udział w zespołach projektowych w zależności od potrzeby biznesowej Udział w pracach filaru PM i AM programu IL6S Pośredniczenie w przekazywanie wiedzy pomiędzy filarami PM i AM programu IL6S Planowanie prac prewencyjnych - przeglądów, remontów i konserwacji maszyn i urządzeń w swoim obszarze odpowiedzialności w porozumieniu z liderami produkcji Wymagania: Wykształcenie techniczne: Automatyka, Robotyka, Budowa Maszyn lub podobne Pierwsze doświadczenie w planowaniu zadań utrzymania ruchu w firmie produkcyjnej Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office Znajomość programu SAP, znajomość CAD i MINITAB jako atut Uprawnienia energetyczne grupy I minimum do 1kV jako atut Umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego, myślenia analitycznego Język angielski na poziomie przynajmniej komunikatywnym Oferujemy: Stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę w renomowanej, międzynarodowej firmie Atrakcyjny system premiowy Bogaty pakiet socjalny (dofinansowanie do posiłków, ubezpieczenie na życie, abonament medyczny, karta Multisport, Pracowniczy Program Emerytalny, prywatna opieka medyczna)) Możliwość dalszego rozwoju Przyjazne środowisko pracy Pracę od poniedziałku do piątku w nowoczesnym zakładzie Relocation Support Available?
