You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities How you will contribute You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns. As a part of this role, you will have   the   chance to work on a broad scope of projects to build your marketing   skills   including:   Innovation   and   Renovation.   Build   a   pipeline   of   consumer first and customer centric innovation .   Lead development of innovation and renovation   alongside   cross functional teams.   Brand building and In-store activation :   B uild brand equity in Canada by developing remarkable creative & media working with our agency partners   and internal team of experts .      Analysis and Insights into Action.   Proactively   monitor   brand   performance along with key competitors across the market. Take key insights to provide   recommendations   on   maximiz ing   growth opportunities   and actions to take.    Brand Equity   and   Strategy.   Develop and   execute   marketing   and   brand strategies in   partnership   with   a team of cross functional partners .   Present and share plans with the sales team to ensure commercial alignment and execution.    Cross-functional Leadership.   Cultivate strong working relationships with both internal (sales, R&D, operations etc.) and external (agency, packaging designs/suppliers, etc.)   partners.   B udget Ownership.   Identify   and manage the brand’s budget spend to   effectively   execute plans; Own the overall budget and   manage it with key partners.    What extra ingredients you will bring: Growth mindset, can-do attitude, and   strong   track record   delivering   results   C ollaborative   leadership   anchored in positive relationship building   Experience in a CPG environment   & food   would be considered an asset   Creative thinking, learning agility, positivity and resilience when dealing with challenges   Strong presentation and storytelling skills to inspire internal team members   and sales   partners.   Entrepreneurship and proactive mindset, ability to lean in and deliver results autonomously.   Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree is   required   Job specific requirements: Minimum of 2   years'   work experience in a marketing role    Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment   Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines   Ability to work   collaboratively   with a cross functional team    Travel requirements: Minimal travel   requir ed Work schedule: Monday to Friday hybrid The expected base salary range for this position is $ 76,800 to $ 96,000 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.  In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
