Job Description The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier payments across multiple countries within a transnational organization. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, local and international regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs), guaranteeing accurate and efficient execution of the process. Key Responsibilities 1. Invoice Processing Coordinate with the outsourcing team the post vendor invoices for multiple countries (13), ensuring compliance with local tax requirements (VAT, withholding taxes, electronic formats, etc.). Verify pending documents in SAP and ensure that the 100% of the documents will be posted on time. Resolve pending Workflows in SAP related with invoice discrepancies (PO vs. non-PO, pricing, quantities, etc.). Ensure timely accounting records of payments and reconciliations. Track and resolve open cases within established SLAs. Ensure that the open items in GR-IR account do not exceed the aging established in our indicators. Coordinate the register of customs duties according to the accuracy. 2.  Relations Manage the scalations received from the help desk related with vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payment dates, rejections, or fiscal/legal requirements. Work with Procurement, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury to resolve complex cases. 3. Compliance, Internal Controls, and Audits Ensure that the SOPs from the account payable team are update. Provide documentation support for internal and external audits. Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives. 4. Reporting and KPIs Monitor and improve KPIs such as invoice processing time, recurring discrepancies, overdue, payment on time. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 6 months to 1 year of Accounts Payable experience in a multinational environment. Desirable experience in multi-country and multi-currency invoice processing. Desirable experience with ERP systems (SAP) Technical Skills Basic- Intermediate Excel skills. Accounting knowledge. Intermediate English. Soft Skills Team work. Attention to detail and strong follow-up. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Analytical problem-solving skills. Core Competencies Customer service orientation (internal and external). Collaboration within global teams. Adaptability to process and regulatory changes.
