Job Description Role Purpose:   To drive strategic procurement initiatives, streamline operational efficiency, and support cross-functional teams across multiple   packaging   material categories. This role acts as a key interface between global/regional sourcing, R&D, quality, and the India Business Unit to ensure robust delivery of productivity, innovation, and supply continuity goals.   You will also deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation, activating when needed   &   support the execution of sourcing projects .     Key Responsibilities:   Collaborate closely with regional sourcing, R&D, and quality teams to co-develop   strategic sourcing roadmap ;   lead bi-weekly governance and monthly reviews with strong engagement   Drive Raw/Packaging material productivity strategy with   timely   follow up with relevant stakeholders   D eveloping B usiness continuity plans   for suppliers in-line with B usiness   U nit   Strategy.   Track and ensure   timely   delivery of productivity projects for   Raw/ Pack Materials (RPM), ensuring risk mitigation and cross-functional alignment   Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Supplier Qualification acceleration by coordinating across Commercial, Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing.   Lead NPD (New Product Development) support for   Raw/packaging material categories   aligned with the 4-2-1 pipeline, serving as the key liaison between Global/Regional Sourcing and the Business Unit.   Resolve operational issues including supply disruptions   &   quality deviations   Preferred Skills & Experience:  3+   years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations ( Packaging   or FMCG preferred)   Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills   Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset   Exposure to cross-functional innovation and supply chain processes is a plus.   Travel requirements: Limited Travel   Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field   Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not mandator y   Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy Business Unit Summary Mondelez India Foods Private Limited (formerly Cadbury India Ltd.) has been in India for over 70 years, making sure our mouth-watering and well-loved local and global brands such as Cadbury chocolates, Bournvita and Tang powdered beverages, Oreo and Cadbury Bournvita biscuits, and Halls and Cadbury Choclairs Gold candies get safely into our customers hands—and mouths .
