Job Description 岗位职责：  1.    对于特殊渠道高增长的抗压性和热情 2.    负责特渠客户的开发，合同谈判，商品规划及销售计划制定 3.    能够独立完成公司内部流程，同时规避流程风险 4.    管理协调区域销售队伍，包括各类指标分解、资源分配 5.    完成上级下达的其它任务，定期反馈信息及数据统计，形成定期报告 6.    定期回顾分析生意状况，处理各种紧急事宜 任职条件：  1.    大学本科及以上学历 2.    3年以上快消品行业特渠销售经验，有成功案例者优先, 熟悉封闭特殊渠道客户优先 3.    熟悉市场，了解特渠的销售模式和策略 4.    具备良好的谈判技巧和团队合作精神 5.    自我驱动力，能在压力下保持高效工作 6.    具备良好的内外部沟通能力 No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
