Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Bli vår nya Utility Specialist på Marabou i Upplands Väsby! Vill du vara en nyckelperson i vår ikoniska Marabou-fabrik. Som Utility Specialist säkrar du driften av våra tekniska system och bidrar till tillverkningen av älskade produkter. Flytande svenska och engelska är ett krav. Om rollen: Som Utility Specialist är du expert på våra tekniska försörjningssystem (ånga, tryckluft, ventilation, el m.m.). Du optimerar systemen, säkerställer att de uppfyller produktionskrav, kvalitetsstandarder och lagkrav, och samarbetar med Facility Manager och externa leverantörer. Arbetsuppgifter i korthet: Övervaka och optimera försörjningssystem. Samarbeta med externa fastighetsleverantörer. Planera och implementera underhållsprogram. Identifiera och genomföra energibesparande åtgärder. Delta i projekt och projektledning av uppgraderingar eller nyinstallationer. Dokumentation och rapportering. Felsökning och problemlösning. Du rapporterar till AR Manager och samarbetar med: Facility Manager (gemensamt ansvar för fabriksdrift). FM-leverantör (underhåll och drift). Produktionsavdelningarna (stöd till produktion). Kvalitetsavdelningen (säkerställa standarder). Du använder t.e.x: SAP PM (underhåll). Övervakningssystem (BMS). Energihanteringssystem. Säkerhet & Hygien: Följ säkerhetsrutiner, GMP och hygienregler. Vi söker dig som har: Lång erfarenhet av utility-system i tillverkningsmiljö. God kunskap om regler och standarder. Problemlösningsförmåga. Stark kommunikationsförmåga. Flytande svenska och engelska.
