Make It Uniquely Yours.     You   will   contribute   to   the design, development , implementation and service   operations   support of the different solutions and relevant use cases   f or   Digital   Manufacturing applications .      How you will contribute   Engage collaboratively with   manufacturing   business stakeholders, translating their   requirements and challenges   into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents .   E nsure that   manufacturing   delivered   solutions and   services are   optimized   to meet business demands . S upport   the   D SF   service operations   by   contributing to   strategy, plan, measure s ,   report s   and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions.    I dentify   solutions , evaluate them,   collaborate   with   business   and follow-up on   different business   requ irements ;   it requires to   work with project resources to   contribute on   design ,   collaborate ,   and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance .   Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including code and design reviews, to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software and solutions.   Provide training and continuous support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize   DSF solutions.   Work extensively with both internal MDLZ and external teams, including architects, business   teams , playing   a   key   role in project management for both new implementations and enhancements .   P roactively troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing products, ensuring their   optimal   functionality .     What you will bring :   A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:   Managing   software   services delivery,   support   and excellence .   Working in global IT function with regional or global responsibilities in an environment like Mondelēz International .   Project management including knowledge of Agile   Methodology   Technical   expertise   and   a passion   for innovation .   Business acumen & Stakeholder Management skills   Working collaboratively with multiple   functions.     More about this role Education / Certifications: D egree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.   Job specific requirements: Work in an international environment with some travel.   IOT applications development knowledge, AWS design and services kn owledge,   development   and implementation .   Knowledge   in   AWS platform integration services with applications, other   platforms   and automation.    SAP ECC/S4H Manufacturing modules (PP/PI, QM, WM, IM, PM) exposure or knowledge   is a plus.   Familiarity with Agile   methodology   E xperience in Manufacturing (CPG preferred) processes and systems.   What extra ingredients you will bring: Strong problem-solving skills.   Demonstrated analytical thinking capability.   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English.
