Then you will perfectly fit within our team!  The Benelux Business Analytics & Sales Systems department is looking for a Jr Business Analyst. Purpose The Jr Business Analyst drives the Business Insights & Management KPI process  to unlock actionable insights.  He/She facilitates the  adoption of Data Tools & Dashboards and implements the necessary change management process.   He/she participates in customer data projects & co-creates new Big data dashboards & visualizations on a datalake. Efficiency & continuous improvement are key How you will contribute You will: Develop, maintain and optimize reports in partnership with the Business to unlock actionable insights.   Lead projects: from brainstorm till dashboard Data governance Accountable for providing timely & accurate the Management Business Monitor reports as well as the KPI tracking to drive Business Growth.. Make sure that information is correct, unique, accessible and known by all BNL Sales, Marketing & Finance teams. Work closely together with different teams IOT support adoption of reporting Tools & Dashboards. Managing multiple priorities and being able to manage deadlines and deliverables. What you will bring Functional/ Technical Skills Expert level in MS Excel (macro programming experience is required), Power BI Knowledge of SQL Server and Nielsen.   Fluent in English and Dutch/French is a plus Leadership skills People agility, Team player Organizational Agility Passion for Reports, Data  & Results Perseverance & Problem Solving Hands-on, Pro-active, be in the driving seat Learning on the fly Ownership Commercial/Sales thinking Experience Experienced with data analysis ideally in a sales/marketing environment Business partnering co-creating Reporting from A to Z. Diplome Master's degree in a relevant domain (economics, data management, ...) 2+years of working experience in Business & data analytics Relocation Support Available?
