Als Electrical and Utilities Manager, übernimmst du die technische Verantwortung für unsere Produktionslinien und Infrastruktur. Du sorgst für einen sicheren, effizienten und störungsfreien Anlagenbetrieb und entwickelst das elektrische Team sowie das Team der Versorger fachlich wie persönlich weiter. Dein Beitrag dazu? Mit deinen Teams betreibst und wartest du die Anlagen, um sie technisch perfekt zu beherrschen und die Ziele in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Kosten, Lieferung, Nachhaltigkeit und Arbeitsklima zu erreichen, wobei du verstehst, wie Verluste in deinem Bereich entstehen, und geeignete Maßnahmen zu ihrer Beseitigung ergreifst. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, mit einer optimalen Budgetplanung und perfektem Kostenkontrollmanagement die Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen und Störungsanalysen sowie Verbesserungsmaßnahmen durchzuführen. Zudem planst und setzt du mit deinen Teams technische Instandhaltungsprojekte sowie Anlagenoptimierungen um. Du förderst mit deinen Teams CI-Aktivitäten und kommunizierst Verbesserungen proaktiv. Darüber hinaus arbeitest und kommunizierst du eng mit den Bereichen Produktion, Technik und Engineering zusammen. An Erfahrung und Wissen bringst du mit: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung /Studium als Techniker/in oder Ingenieur/in im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Energietechnik Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Führen eines Teams (>20Personen)  Erfahrung in der technischen Instandhaltung und Analyse komplexer Anlagen  Kenntnisse im Bereich Integrated Lean Six Sigma sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Kostenbewusstes Handeln Audit Erfahrungen Erfahrungen im Bereich Power BI & Power Apps Englisch in Wort und Schrift Mehr über diese Rolle Bei uns bekommst du : Vorteile eines tarifgebundenen Unternehmens Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (u.a.
