Dein Beitrag Harmonisierung bestehender Einzelmanagementsysteme (Qualität, Energie, Arbeitssicherheit, Lean-Management etc.) zu einem integrierten Managementsystem (IMS) Aufbau einer IMS-Dokumentationsstruktur inkl. Zugehöriger Prozesse, Verfahrensanweisungen, Kennzahlen, etc.  Durchführung von Gap-Analyse und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Systemintegration  Schulung und Beratung der Fachbereiche zur Umsetzung von IMS-Anforderungen  Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung des Managementsystems und Einführung einer IMS-Software Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Audits  Was du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Umweltmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar  Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang von Managementsystemen nach ISO-Normen  Fundierte Kenntnisse mindestens einer ISO Norm (z.B.
