Dein Beitrag Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: Core Team : bist du ein Teil des Core Teams, welches für einen definierten Bereich in der Produktion verantwortlich ist Prozessübersicht : Überwachung, Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Produktionsanlagen und tangierenden Bereichen unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit Datenanalyse und Interpretation : Datensammlung und -extraktion im System, um Aktivitäten für kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu initiieren, Fehler- Ursachen Analysen auszuwerten Linienbetreuung : Technische Betreuung inklusive Fehleranalyse zur Prozessstabilisierung (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA-Maßnahmen) Weiterentwicklung : Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, Produkte und Materialien Projekte : Planung und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungsprojekten (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, GE (Global Efficiency)/OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)-Optimierung) Schulung : Schulung und technische Unterstützung von Produktionsteams Schnittstellen : Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen wie z.B. Qualitätssicherung, Business Development , etc. Präsentation : Präsentation von Ergebnissen vor dem Leadership Team Digitalisierung : Initiierung von Digitalisierungsvorhaben (z. B. Sensorik, Datenerfassung, Automatisierung) und Mitarbeit bei der Einführung smarter Technologien (z.B. Industrie 4.0 Anwendungen) Was du mitbringst Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: Ausbildung : Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Ingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar. Erfahrung : Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Produktion im Bereich Lebensmittelherstellung oder verwandter Bereiche mit GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Regularien Prozesskenntnisse : Du hast Erfahrung mit Prozessanalyse und -optimierung (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE). IT-Affinität : Du findest dich schnell in neuen Tools ein und hast Spaß an digitalen Lösungen. Sprachkenntnisse : Sehr gute Deutsch - und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch mindestens Niveau C1) Teamfähigkeit : Du bist ein Teamplayer und kannst gut mit Menschen umgehen. Kommunikationsfähigkeit : Du kannst dich sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich sehr gut ausdrücken und kommunizierst klar.
