This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes How you will contribute You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in: Procurement Data Analytics – ability to analyze and visualize large amounts of data Supply market analysis experience preferred Project management Negotiating, influencing and building collaborative relationships More about this role What you need to know about this position: This position will deliver against the priorities defined by the Commercialization team (Category Planning, Marketing, PCM, CS&L) in each country. The position is accountable for delivering commercial projects with excellence. Complexity will lie in the multifaceted interactions and considerations the candidate will have to engage in at any one point in time. The position works closely with Category planning, PCM and CS&L team to ensure that business goals will be achieved at minimum cost & complexity following appropriate processes. The position ensures that all repacking and logistics contracts are negotiated to Maximize Mondelez Costs-Benefits and to guarantee the excellence in quality and performance. In this regard, it is intended that the position create an optimum working relationship with Commercialization team and with our Repacking and Logistics Suppliers. Strong negotiation skills, insightful business judgment, and a pragmatic approach to risk management are critical to success. The individual must be able to build networks and relationships rapidly within Commercialization, Procurement Operations and externally with Suppliers.  Strong stakeholder management as well as an ability to switch between the big picture and detail will be essential.
