Mondelēz International is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individual in their final year of studies or recent graduates in Food technology, Engineering or relevant technical discipline with a passion for HSE (Health Safety and Environment), Workplace Ergonomics and Sustainability to join our dynamic team at the Clinceni factory as an intern. Key Responsibilities: Upgrade existing HSE data collection and HSE data base management process using more user friendly interfaces Support the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures  for the site  including the delivery of training where necessary Assess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measures What You’ll Bring: Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges. Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team. Solid computer skills (Power BI, MS Office, email communication, general computer use); no specific software knowledge required. Final-year students or recent graduates in Food technology, Engineering or relevant disciplines. What We Offer: A structured onboarding and mentoring process.
