Podczas Stażu w Dziale Jakości będziesz uczestniczyć w ciągłym doskonaleniu procesów jakościowych oraz wspierał zespoły produkcyjne w tematach redukcji strat związanych z bezpieczeństwem i jakością produktów. Najważniejsze zadania: Wsparcie zespołów produkcyjnych w redukcji strat jakościowych, Zarządzanie reklamacjami konsumenckimi i klienckimi, Opracowywanie dokumentacji jakościowej - procedur, instrukcji, Udział w projektach optymalizacji procesów jakościowych, Udział w projektach wdrażania nowych produktów, Weryfikacja zgodności z wymaganiami GMP/GHP w obszarach produkcyjnych, Przygotowywanie raportów jakościowych, Udział w procesie RCA dla problemów jakościowych i nadzór nad wdrażaniem akcji korygujących, Udział w szkoleniu Operatorów na liniach produkcyjnych z zagadnień jakościowych. Wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowany profil związany z technologią żywności, biotechnologią, zarządzaniem jakością), Biegły język Polski, język Angielski komunikatywny, Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności pracy w grupie, Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, SAP, Power BI, Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, Umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się, Samodzielność, elastyczność i efektywność w działaniu, Dokładność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań, Pasja we wprowadzaniu i poszukiwaniu najlepszych praktyk, Mile widziane posiadanie certyfikatu audytora wewnętrznego ISO oraz umiejętności przygotowywania i prowadzenia szkoleń.
