Überwachung der Einhaltung naturschutzfachlicher Auflagen während der Planung und der gesamten baulichen Umsetzung nach der Genehmigung. Klärung der bauausführenden Firmen und der örtlichen Bauüberwachung über Naturschutzauflagen (z. B. Schutz- und Tabuzonen, schützenswerte Arten, Schutz- und Vermeidungsmaßnahmen). Bearbeitung umwelt- und naturschutzfachlicher Planungsunterlagen und Gutachten, wie Artenschutzgutachten und Landschaftspflegerische Begleitpläne (LBP).   Was dich besonders macht   Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Umweltrecht, Genehmigungsmanagement oder verwandten Themen. Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen in Norddeutschland (Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich). Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse. Studium oder Kenntnisse in Biologie, Landschaftsplanung, Landschaftsökologie oder vergleichbar. Erfahrung in der ökologischen Baubegleitung (öBB) ist von Vorteil. Nachweis oder Zertifikat zur Umweltbaubegleitung (z. B. DWA, Umweltinstitut Offenbach) wünschenswert. Fundierte Kenntnisse der naturschutzrechtlichen Regelwerke, technisches Verständnis sowie Grundkenntnisse in ArcGIS. Gute Kenntnisse von Flora und Fauna, insbesondere planungsrelevanten Arten (Brutvögel, Amphibien, Fledermäuse etc.). Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office. Konfliktlösungskompetenz, selbstständige, strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise.
