Environmental Consulting Associate / Senior Associate ERM is looking for recent graduates or junior professionals with passion and some experience in the field of environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) to join our Capital Project Delivery team in Bangkok. Role responsibility: Join the team, and you will work closely with service line leaders and senior project managers who will coach you and help you develop subject matter expertise. You will support them by analyzing and interpreting a wide range of environmental, social and biodiversity data, with a focus on global datasets. Perform site visits or inspections and supervise subcontractors as and when required for projects. Focus on preparing international environmental impact assessment and management plans. Provide biodiversity support, as and when needed, by undertaking research and data analysis for environmental and social managers within the broader Capital Project Delivery - Impact Assessment team. You will learn the challenges our clients face and how ERM’s solution will be able to help them achieve their business goals. You may be required to do some domestic or international travel. Ideal candidate: We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with a Masters level degree in science related subjects such as Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geography or related programs. We welcome applications from recent graduates and young professionals with up to 3 years of experience in environmental, social and community relation, conservation, or nature resource management.
