Senior Advisory Consultant ERM is seeking a Senior Consultant, to join our Advisory practice in India under our global Digital Services business. At ERM, we offer a robust combination of deep ESG experience together with broad Sustainability management digital solution expertise. Our Digital Services span the entire information management life cycle, from assisting clients with digital solutions portfolio assessment, strategy, technology evaluation and planning, to designing, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems and innovative technologies. Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Strategy: ESG Data Strategy & Governance:  Consult clients on ESG and sustainability data readiness, leading to the development of data strategies, governance frameworks and modernization roadmaps. Market Research:  Conduct research on ESG, sustainability, climate regulations and digital HSE trends to inform client strategies and solution design. Business Requirements Development:  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define and document ESG-related business and technical requirements. Proposal Development:  Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations and business cases for ESG data and digital transformation initiatives. Data & Digital Solutions: Data Architecture & Management:  Design ESG data foundations including data collection, mapping, storage, reporting and dashboarding. Solution Mapping & Requirements Alignment:  Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements; map these to best-fit ESG/HSE digital solutions. Solution Demo & Selection:  Organize and deliver solution demonstrations; support clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate ESG/HSE platforms. RFI/RFQ/RFP Support:  Assist in preparing and responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP documents, ensuring alignment with client objectives and solution capabilities. Data Quality & Cataloguing:  Support clients in developing ESG data quality standards, performance indicators and comprehensive data inventories. Technology Evaluation:  Assess ESG data and information management solutions available in the market and recommend optimal tools based on client needs. Data Lineage & Lifecycle Management:  Define and implement ESG data lineage and lifecycle management programs. Innovation & Change Management: Design Thinking & Innovation Workshops:  Facilitate workshops to embed a data-first culture and co-create innovative ESG solutions with clients. Change Management : Support the adoption of new digital systems through training, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. Requirements: MBA from Tier 2/3 institute or equivalent postgraduate degree Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, MIS, IT, or related field 5–8 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, Climate, or HSE domains Prior experience in management consulting (Big 4 or Tier 2 firms preferred) Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills Platform:  Exposure to EHSS platforms such as Enablon, Sphera, Cority, Intelex, SAP, Workiva, Salesforce or Benchmark Gensuite is a plus. Other tools: Power BI, Tableau Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements. Strong interpersonal presence: Must be articulate, confident, and comfortable speaking extempore in client-facing and internal discussions. Self-driven and proactive: Demonstrates a high degree of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
