Your organisational strengths, warmth, and steady presence will help ensure the smooth delivery of vital services and leadership functions.   About The Role   As the National Family Violence and Modern Slavery Stream Administration Support, you will play   a central role   in coordinating and delivering   high quality   administrative support to both national and state teams. You   wi ll work closely with the National Leadership Team, helping them meet key priorities and ensuring the effective delivery of the   N ational Family Violence and Modern Slavery   A genda.   This position sits within the National Family Violence   and Modern Slavery   Team and is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, thrives in a supportive environment, and enjoys being the dependable backbone of a busy   team .   This is a   part -time   (2 days   a week)   permanent role .   The salary is aligned with the SCHADS Award Level 3.   This role can be based anywhere nationally, offering flexibility for the right candidate.   How you will make an impact   Maintain clear, consistent communication across national and state teams   Provide administrative support to the National Leadership Team   Prepare   accurate   minutes for   various national   meetings   Handle sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality, and care   Monitor and update SharePoint and other internal systems   Work in alignment with WHS legislation and organisational safety guidelines   Produce   high quality   correspondence, reports, and documents   Maintain   accurate   archiving systems for easy retrieval   Conduct ongoing maintenance and auditing of staff and client files and financials   Support consistent communication across the national team   Implement systems that strengthen clarity, documentation, and workflow     What you will bring   Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired)   Demonstrated experience in administration roles   Experience in NFP or family violence sectors (desired)   Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills   Proven ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders   Excellent time ‑ management and organisational skills   High   p roficiency   in Word, Excel, IT systems, Canva, finance and security management   Understanding of WHS responsibilities and commitment to safe work practices   National Police Check (required)   Working with Children Check or state equivalent (required)   Current driver’s licence   What we offer    The Salvos offer eligible   employee's   a well-balanced package of meaningful benefits including:   Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free + $2,650 meal entertainment benefit.    Generous Paid Parental leave for primary (12 weeks) & secondary carers,   Purchased   Leave Scheme (up to 8 weeks) and 5 days paid leave per year to experience working in other TSA programs or activities.    Access to EAP and health & wellness initiatives incl Fitness Passport    Ongoing training and development opportunities that enhance on the job skills and   proficiency .    Rewarding and fulfilling purpose driven careers that have positive and sustainable / social impacts.    How to Apply   You   wi ll be part of a team working to create safer futures for individuals, families, and communities.
