Our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) - Infrastructure team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market whilst also servicing an existing large client base. To support the successful delivery and continued growth, ERM is seeking a Technical Diligence Consultant to deliver a range of projects, while supporting on-going client development to capture the growth in the market. In this role, the successful candidate will be working alongside Partners across the M&A team to offer Transaction Advisory Services to financial institutions, corporate clients and infrastructure operators. You will work closely with infrastructure funds, private equity firms, investments banks and energy companies to deliver technical due diligence services on buy side, sell side and project financing deals.
