From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.   About the Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full time, Regular Giving Officer to join our Supporter Experience and Retention team based out of our Blackburn, Melbourne office. This role supports the successful delivery of the Donor Stewardship Program and Donor Journeys across multiple fundraising segments. It drives the national fundraising acquisition and second gift strategies to grow and retain new donors. The position delivers clear, integrated communications to Individual and Regular Giving donors via the Genesys call platform. It enhances the productivity and operational effectiveness of the Donor Services team. The role also fosters a collaborative donor experience by contributing to donor strategies, campaign planning, and ongoing fundraising performance.  Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, donor-centric support by managing enquiries, donations, receipts, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and positive donor experiences Support the delivery of national fundraising strategies and policies, contributing to donor retention, acquisition, and campaign revenue outcomes Build and maintain strong donor relationships through effective liaison across Individual Giving, Regular Giving, and Transformational Gifts, including outbound engagement with lapsed and reactivated donors Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication, integrated donor strategies, and measurable fundraising results Maintain accurate donor records and correspondence in Blackbaud CRM, supporting efficient administration, compliance, and fundraising operations About you: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-centric environment or similar relevant role Proven ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and written correspondence with a diverse range of donors or customers, including handling queries, complaints, and donations Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar databases, ideally within a fundraising or not-for-profit environment Requirements of the Role:    A national police record check is required  as part of the recruitment process Rostered hours will be between 8 am –7pm Monday to Friday  Why Work For Us: Work/life balance including option to work a 9 day fortnight!
