ERM Iberia is looking for an intern to join our Health & Safety team in Madrid or Barcelona. As this is an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a university which is able to sign a "convenio de prácticas universitarias". Additionally, we are looking for students currently enrolled in a Master's program of Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales with a s trong interest in occupational health, safety regulations, and risk management, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and support a variety of tasks, including: Assist in the preparation of health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and compliance reports Support the drafting of business proposals and client presentations Analyze workplace safety data and incident trends to identify areas for improvement Research updates to national and local health and safety regulations Help develop training materials and internal safety communications Support senior consultants in audit reports, inspections, and on-site evaluations to deliver to the clients Ideal candidate: Master's program of Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales Fluent in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to adapt and prioritize in fast-paced environment. Strong initiative and eagerness to learn.
