We are looking for a Project Support and Doc Controller to provide support in editing and formatting project deliverables, translations and ensuring consistency and quality. ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant with a passion for sustainability to join our growing Capital Project Delivery Team (CPD). Responsibilities: Edit and format project documents, ensuring consistency and quality. Perform translations using specific tools when required. Upload proposals to ERM tools (Commercial Hub). Upload the contract in the Contract Repository. Create flyers or case studies of completed projects for future proposals. Requirements: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). The knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch will be considered as plus. Strong organizational skills and proactivity #LI-FF1
