Join the North America HSE team, supporting compliance, risk reduction, and employee engagement at our Pekin, IL lead foundry. Your responsibilities Support Plant Manager with daily HSE activities and programs Lead HSE team and drive safety culture at site level Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments Ensure OSHA, EPA, and permit compliance at the site Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Deliver employee training and safety programs Review supplier and subcontractor compliance Maintain reporting systems and HSE performance data What you bring Bachelor’s degree in safety, Environmental, or related field 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations Experience leading audits and incident investigations Skilled at employee training and safety engagement Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE systems What we offer Competitive benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, global career growth, inclusive culture As an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
