To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you’ll be doing As Senior Manager, Braze Engagement Platform, you will play a key role in executing our client communication strategy through Braze, our customer engagement platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic acumen, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated Braze solutions. Leveraging your knowledge of markets, investing, and trading, you will create and execute impactful campaigns that meaningfully engage diverse client segments.  At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.  The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $92,490 to $127,200. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles. In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. How You’ll Succeed Campaign Management - Execute campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, content cards, and other Braze-supported channels. Design and deploy automated customer journeys using Braze canvas, liquid logic, advanced segmentation, and personalization capabilities. Leveraging Technology - Deliver advanced personalization through liquid scripting, connected content, and data-driven triggers. Stay current with Braze platform enhancements and proactively recommend innovations to maximize value. Introduce new ideas that evolve and optimize lifecycle campaigns, enhancing the overall client experience. Audience Data Enablement  - Define, build, and maintain dynamic audience segments leveraging behavioral, demographic, and event-based data to support targeted and scalable engagement strategies across lifecycle and marketing channels. Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with development and QA teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, providing expert guidance on Braze configuration and best practices. Work closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Service, and Product teams to align execution with business goals. Who You Are You have experience in lifecycle marketing.  You’ve worked with CRM/marketing automation tools across email, SMS, push, in-app, and content card. Familiarity with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze is a  plus. You’re proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You’ve worked in financial services and understand the mindset of online investors and traders. You understand that success is in the details.
