The Opportunity We are looking for a Global Incentives Program Manager with insight into what drives behaviour — you are proactive, curious, and relentless in finding balanced incentive solutions to motivate the best talent in the market. This position will preferably be located in Bucharest, Romania, where we have a brand new Global Business Center office. The office holds various functional heads of business support functions and global specialist. For the right candidate, working remote from elsewhere in Romania is also an option. What You’ll Do Lead the global strategy and governance of all incentive programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and market best practices. Design and manage sales incentive plans across three business lines (e.g., Products, Services, and Pumps, Cyclones & Valves), linking rewards to growth, profitability, and customer value. Partner with Business line leaders , Business Finance and HR Partners to define performance metrics, payout structures, and incentive budgets. Oversee the delivery, communication, and continuous improvement of short-term and long-term incentive programs. Analyze incentive effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Lead and develop one incentive professional, driving operational excellence and collaboration across regions. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Rewards professional to lead the design and management of our global incentive programs — with a strong focus on sales incentives across our three major business lines. You will report to the Head of Rewards, Payroll and Mobility and be part of a our global people team where we collaborate and learn from each other every day. You will have one direct report in Mexico that is currently maintaining sales incentive model and long term incentives. In this global role, you’ll partner closely with Business line leaders , Business Finance and HR Partners to ensure our incentive programs are competitive, performance-driven, and aligned with our strategic priorities. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we reward and motivate our global teams to deliver excellence in sales, safety, sustainability, and financial results. What You Bring 5-8 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards , with significant expertise in sales incentive design and management . Background in an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment — ideally within mining, minerals processing, or heavy equipment sectors. Strong understanding of financial modeling, performance metrics, and sales operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and finance leaders. Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills and attention to detail. Fluent English (additional Spanish language skills are a plus since you will work with South America among other regions). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CCP/GRP preferred).
