Job Purpose The Senior/Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator will act as an internal functional consultant within ERM’s Salesforce Center of Excellence, bridging business needs and technical execution. This role is responsible for translating user stories into scalable Salesforce designs, clarifying requirements with stakeholders, and walking the business through proposed solutions. It involves advanced declarative configuration, managing AppExchange packages, and executing deployments through CI/CD processes. By combining functional consulting with technical expertise, this position ensures high-quality delivery, governance compliance, and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud and related products. Key Responsibilities Translate user stories into Salesforce designs aligned with best practices. Engage with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and validate solutions. Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, page layouts) and implement enhancements across Sales Cloud and related products. Configure and manage AppExchange packages, ensuring proper integration and functionality. Walk stakeholders through proposed solutions and secure alignment before deployment. Execute deployments using the defined CI/CD process, including change set preparation and sandbox management. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation flows to support business processes. Ensure data integrity through audits and quality checks. Maintain documentation of configurations and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features to improve efficiency. Skills & Experience 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud; familiarity with MCAE and Net Zero Cloud is a plus. Understanding of Salesforce security model and data management best practices. Proven experience in creating reports, dashboards, and automation flows. Hands on experience with deployment processes and tools (Jira, GitHub desired). Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support complex business requirements, desired. Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Admin or App Builder desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures, with strong collaboration skills in a global environment. Working Model Hybrid (Gurugram + remote), aligned to global collaboration windows; occasional extended hours for cross-time-zone work. Late Shifts for extended coverage: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST Shift assignments depend on role requirements and global project alignment. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
