As a Manager in the Platforms & Prototypes team you own delivery and value realisation for our MarTech and CX-Tech engagements. You orchestrate multidisciplinary squads, lead delivery of projects and act as the trusted advisor who bridges C-suite ambition, customer value and composable technology.
· Lead discovery through scale-up: futurecasting CX, frame business cases, design capability roadmaps and advise on CX/MarTech/AI platforms like Adobe, Salesforce or Google.· Co-create and launch new data-driven digital propositions: from loyalty schemes to D2C subscriptions. Validating hypotheses through rapid MVPs and in-market experiments.· Drive Gen-AI adoption: prioritise use-cases, govern data ethics & GDPR, and embed real-time decisioning into marketing, sales and service journeys.· Manage commercials: shape pursuits, scope contracts and protect margin while delivering measurable customer and business impact.· Mentor consultants and senior consultants; cultivate a learning culture centred on experimentation, inclusivity and innovation in the eco-digital era.
