Proficiency in this area ensures that Cloud DevOps Engineers can leverage the full potential of cloud resources to optimize application performance and reliability.YOUR TASKSWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CaaS Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of our container platforms across hybrid cloud environments. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and automated container solutions using technologies such as OpenShift, Amazon EKS, Ansible, Python, and Nutanix.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and deployment of container platforms (OpenShift, Amazon EKS) across on-prem and cloud environments.Design and implement automation workflows using Ansible and Python to streamline platform operations.Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and compliance.Manage and optimize Nutanix-based infrastructure supporting container workloads.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices for containerized applications.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to platform engineers.Monitor platform performance and implement proactive improvementsYOUR PROFILEProven experience with OpenShift and Amazon EKS in enterprise environments.Strong proficiency in Ansible and Python for automation and scripting.Hands-on experience with Nutanix infrastructure and its integration with container platforms.Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, networking, and security.Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice to have:Dynatrace knowledgeSCRUM or Agile methodologiesWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
