YOUR TASKSAs a Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud-native strategies, ensure platform scalability, and drive innovation through automation and DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities:Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient OpenShift-based container platforms.Lead the implementation of OpenShift clusters across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.Define and enforce best practices for container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and application modernization.Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and platform optimization.Ensure compliance with security standards.Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis. YOUR PROFILEProven experience with Red Hat OpenShift (installation, configuration, and administration).Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.Familiarity with virtualization technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).Programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Red Hat certifications (e.g., EX280, EX288) are highly desirable.Nice to Have :Knowledge of SCRUM or Agile methodologies.Familiarity with Nutanix infrastructure.Additional certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps are a plus.Ability to conduct technical workshops and training sessions.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
