In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in commercial projects from the start, advising on IT contracts, licensing, and regulatory matters. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and help shape the legal foundation of our business operations.Your job in a paragraphAs an experienced IT Legal Counsel at Capgemini Netherlands, you are a key legal advisor embedded in the heart of the business while reporting into the legal team under the supervision and management of the Deputy General Counsel. You’ll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, particularly in the IT and technology domain. You’ll provide strategic legal advice on tenders, licensing, and regulatory compliance, translating legal risks into actionable business insights. Your role goes beyond traditional legal support—you’ll be involved in commercial decision-making, innovation initiatives (including AI), and cross-functional collaboration.
