As our Managing Consultant (Crypto Compliance), you lead MiCA implementation and embed enterprise‑grade controls across onboarding, KYT, Travel Rule, chain analytics and reporting—bridging TradFi standards with crypto innovation.Location: The Netherlands, Amsterdam/UtrechtHours: 32 / 36 / 40 per weekLevel: Medior / Senior professionalEntity-Business ManagementYour Role in One ParagraphYou are a crypto‑savvy compliance leader who turns regulation into operating reality. You design policies, processes and controls that scale, select/implement KYT and Travel Rule solutions, and evidence effectiveness to internal audit and supervisors. You’re equally at home discussing wallet risk models with data teams and explaining MiCA governance to executive stakeholders.What You Will DoLead MiCA readiness and implementation—from policy to operating procedures and evidence packs.Design and roll out KYT/Travel Rule controls; integrate chain analytics and case management.Define risk taxonomy and token risk ratings; embed model/rule governance and data controls.Align onboarding, monitoring and reporting with existing risk, finance and treasury processes.Manage third‑party selection and vendor governance; drive continuous improvement.Develop team capabilities and client relationships; identify growth opportunities.Our Projects: Complex, High-Impact, and DiverseWe support exchanges, brokers and banks with end‑to‑end programs—licensing support, TOM design, KYT implementation, Travel Rule integration and operational runbooks that withstand regulatory scrutiny.Our Team and CultureEntrepreneurial and technology‑forward.
