Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleParticipate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables;Participating in projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;Learn and apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for continuous improvement and transformation purposes;   Participate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, leading the different project work streams and supporting the documentation of agreed solutions and decisions;Prepare the final deliverables for Client depending on the scope of project, i.e. business requirement documents, solution documents, technical designs, benchmarking report out;Interact with the corresponding Client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with Client to complete the assigned deliverables.Your ProfileProven experience (at least 7 years) and strong process knowledge within finance following area: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, T&E;Experience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) preparation;Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings);Knowledge and hands on experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle;Very good understanding and/or implementation experience of non-ERP process supporting tools within P2P area of expertise (i.e. Opentext, Ariba, Coupa, Service Now, Zendesk, Readsfot/Kofax, etc.);Very good understanding and experience in GBS/SSC/BPO operating models & industry.What you’ll love about working here?
