YOUR TASKSParticipate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development of agreed project deliverables for internal as well as for external Clients Participate in the projects that may be related but not limited to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, Gen AI/Agentic implementation, transition, training delivery, change management and similar Learn and apply in practice different process improvement methodologies to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes Build knowledge and understanding of our market-leading assets and methodsBe part of the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services Engagements Participate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, supporting the documentation of agreed solutions and decisions Interact with the corresponding Client SME and collaborate with Client in order to complete the assigned deliverables YOUR PROFILEProven experience (at least 5 years) and strong process knowledge within finance following area: Credit-to-Cash (C2C) – Credit Management, Cash Application, Collections, Disputes or even OTCExperience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) preparation Experience in process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset and experience Ready for project type of work, with frequent Client interactions Knowledge and hands on experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle Awareness of non-ERP process supporting tools within C2C area of expertiseAwareness of Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation capabilities including Gen AI & Agentic Fluent spoken and written English (at least C1)WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
