The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ITIL/ITSM best practices using ServiceNow (SNOW). Key Responsibilities· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.· Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.· Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.· Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) to implement and manage IT service workflows.· Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams.· Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.· Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes.· Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) platform.· Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.· Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
