The ideal candidate will possess project management and strategic influencing skills to drive fast-paced innovation projects to successful and timely completion. The Marketing Innovation Specialist is a role responsible for overseeing and managing multiple product and packaging innovation projects, from concept development to launch, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 3 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will collaborate with the Marketing Innovtion Manager to ensure flawless execution of projects while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in consumer package goods, package design, product innovation, and marketing.YOUR TASKSprovide project management support for product and packaging innovation projects, covering all stages from concept development, feasibility validation, R&D, to business proposal and final approval;assist in project kick-off discussions and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure team is aligned on the overall scope, timelines, and objectives;coordinate and facilitate project discussions, including kick-off meetings, project update meetings, and lessons-learned sessions, ensuring all key decisions and updates are cascaded to all stakeholders;monitor project progress in terms of deliverables and milestones and maintain up-to-date records using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan;work closely with senior team members and assist in all day-to-day activities related to project execution;assess project delays, identify risks, and propose accelerations to keep projects on track;monitor and maintain up-to-date records of project progress, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and deviations from the original plan; ensure accuracy of information and collate all required inputs for the completeness of project documents and supporting materials;conduct lessons-learned reviews and incorporate findings into future projects for continuous improvement.YOUR PROFILEbachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field;2+ years of project management, product innovation, and marketing experience (ideally in a CPG or FMCG environment);demonstrated track record of managing innovation projects to successful outcomes;strong knowledge of product and packaging innovation or new product development processes;strong Excel and PowerPoint skills;experience with MarTech & workflow management tools, such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Power BI;passionate about Innovation management, exposure around stages of new product development, Innovation planning, and development.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
