Where no two days are the same.À propos du posteDans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) spécialisé(e) en fabrication de pales d’éoliennes. Ce poste stratégique vise à renforcer notre expertise technique dans le Blade Manufacturing, en particulier sur les aspects molding et tooling, afin de garantir la qualité et la performance de nos solutions éoliennes. Les Missions du Poste Superviser et optimiser le processus de fabrication des pales d’éoliennes, en veillant au respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité.Participer à la conception et à l’amélioration des moules et outillages nécessaires à la production.Collaborer avec les équipes R&D pour intégrer les innovations technologiques dans les procédés de fabrication.Assurer le suivi technique du transport des pales et leur conformité aux standards industriels.Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à la production, en proposant des solutions efficaces et durables.Coordonner les équipes de production et assurer une communication fluide entre les différents départements.Profil du CandidatDiplôme d’ingénieur (Bac+5) en génie mécanique, matériaux ou équivalent.Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine du Blade Manufacturing, avec une excellente compréhension des procédés de molding et de tooling.Maîtrise des enjeux techniques liés à la fabrication et au transport des pales d’éoliennes.Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, prise de décision et gestion des priorités.Leadership affirmé, sens de la communication et capacité à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.Skills (competencies)Verbal CommunicationCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
