Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleManage Process Mining/ BI application solutions through entire implementation life cycle.Design and develop data connections and data models, visual reports, dashboard, KPI scorecards and other relevant business insights.Conduct requirement gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users and executive stakeholders to discover and define business reporting needs.Participate in the transformation programs that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, , automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition.Analyze data and information received from Client to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations, support less experience team members in their analysis / report out quality.Actively support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development in his/her area of expertise. Identify new product opportunities and work towards its design. Propose new products / initiatives to offer leadRepresent IFAO P&C Digital Enablers team in front of external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services Engagements.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital project management with a focus on data analytics or business intelligence.Knowledge of ETL processes and experience working with large-scale datasets and data sources.Experienced in projects implementing SQL and Power Query for data modeling and reporting.Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Project Management Tools (e.g.: Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Azure Boards etc.)Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle will be an advantageGeneral process knowledge - AP/AR/GL/MDM (others as advantage)Implementation experience/ certification in digital twin/ process mining software – Celonis, SAP Signavio a strong advantage.What you’ll love about working here?Flexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;Do you want to learn more?
