Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleParticipate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables;Participate in the projects that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trustful advisor for client within the area of expertise;Learn and apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes;   Participate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, leading the different work project work streams and supporting the documentation of agreed solutions and decisions;Prepare the final deliverables for Client depending on the scope of project, i.e. business requirement documents, solution documents, technical designs, benchmarking report out;Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey;Under limited supervision and guidance of project manager - make convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client; Facilitate client meetings within own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders.Your ProfileProven experience (at least 7 years) and strong process knowledge within finance following area: Record-to-Analyze (R2A) – General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Period End Close, Reconciliation, Reporting;Proven experience in one of the following roles: Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead for at least 1 year;Experience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) preparation and in process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness;Continuous Improvement, Client value and Innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered;Good communication and presentation skills.
