Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. Your RoleParticipate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables;Participate in the projects that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead for non-complex projects, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance;Conduct Quality Assurance on the deliverables developed by junior team members;Under limited supervision and guidance of project manager - make convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client;Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM),  ESOAR transformation method, RPA Technologies, etc.);Challenge conventional views and present ideas persuasively to resolve conflict and gain buy-in/steer others to achieve specific outcomes.Your profileProven experience (at least 7 years) and strong process knowledge within finance following area: Record-to-Analyze (R2A) – General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Period End Close, Reconciliation, Reporting and at least 1 year in Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead;Experience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) preparation, process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness.Knowledge and hands on experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle;Very good understanding and/or implementation experience of non-ERP process supporting tools within R2A area of expertise (i.e. Blackline, Trintech, Workiva, etc.);Good understanding of Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation capabilities including Gen AI & Agentic;Very good understanding and experience in GBS/SSC/BPO operating models & industry.What you’ll love about working here?Flexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;Do you want to learn more?
