YOUR TASKS Operate and support file transfer processes (CFT/MFT) – monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting file transfer workflows.Administer and maintain scheduling tool – including configuration, scheduling, troubleshooting, and optimization.Handle tickets, incidents, changes, updates, and ad hoc requests related to applications and infrastructure.Collaborate with other teams to support deployments and ensure smooth application operations.Plan and apply patches and upgrades to production tools and infrastructure components.Drive process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.Manage and resolve critical incidents ensuring high availability and system continuity.YOUR PROFILEStrong expertise in file transfer technologies (CFT/MFT).Hands-on experience working with scheduling tools.Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems in application support and administration contexts.General understanding of middleware platforms (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, Kafka) and system architecture.Experience with other job scheduling tools (Control-M/ Autosys).Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).Very good French and English (spoken and written).NICE TO HAVEExperience with automation tools and concepts (Ansible, CI/CD, Terraform, GitLab).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency in French would be a strong asset.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
