Where no two days are the same.Your roleThe Business Development Manager is a sales representative who focuses on a multitude of industrial accounts in Flanders. In this role, you will play a key role in: Developing overall market share and generating leads through active prospection to detect new opportunitiesPromoting and selling key offers with the support of subject matter experts and technology architectsDetecting, selecting, prioritizing, and managing major opportunities to focus onIdentifying and summarizing client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource PlanningManaging the end-to-end relationship with clients, including contracts, purchase orders, and cash collectionEnsuring client satisfaction and client intimacy by creating client power/influence mappingCollaborating with engineering practices on business transformation of accounts while improving Capgemini Engineering's footprint in both contingency and consultancy servicesYour profileYou hold a Master's degree in Business ManagementYou have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting or business development of services for the industry (preferably as a Sales Account Manager or a Business Manager)You have affinity for technology, product development and productionYou are customer-centric and know how to work with demanding business stakeholdersYou apply a structured and straightforward approach to high-tech and complex projectsYou have strong business drive and acumenYou demonstrate strong interpersonal and business management skillsYou value business growth and people developmentYou are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in EnglishWhat You Will Love About Working hereAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
