All underpinned by technology created with purpose. Your RoleWe are seeking a hands-on AI Solution Architect (Senior Consultant / Manager) - with recent experience in GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI to lead both client delivery and solution design. This is a hybrid role combining delivery leadership, technical architecture, and pre-sales ownership. Ideal for a Lead/Senior AI/ML Engineer, Tech Lead, or Junior AI Architect who is ready to step into a broader solution architect role and keen to move into a consultative and client facing role while staying technical. ResponsibilitiesClient facing and project delivery:Design and architect end-to-end GenAI/LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration layersAct as Solution Architect and/or Technical Lead on client projects—guiding technical teams and ensuring quality, scalability, and performanceLead and facilitate architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state solutionsBuild and present demos and proof-of-concepts using a variety of GenAI tools, frameworks, and models (open-source or commercial) Commercial:Drive the technical side of pre-sales, collaborating with sales and engagement teams to shape winning proposalsLed the discovery workshop/session Technical:Stay hands-on and up-to-date with evolving GenAI / Agentic AI tech stack: LLM APIs, prompt frameworks, agent orchestration, and cloud-native ML tools, application, data platform, and AI platform Practice development:Drive the technical capabilities and reusable technical assets, including reference architecture, code baseline, reference technical documentation templateDrive all technical conceptual framework development and provide thought leadership in cooperation with other consulting colleaguesMentor junior engineers and ensure delivery excellence across engagementsYour ProfileMore than 5 years’ experience in consulting or tech services2–3 years of recent experience building or designing GenAI / RAG / Agentic AI systemsStrong Data/AI/ML software engineering background with hands-on experience in Python, APIs, embeddings, vector stores, and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.), LLMOps/MLOpsExperience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral), vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) or Cloud agnostic platform such as DatabricksExperience with productionize AI/ML model and build application around itExperience working in consulting or system integrator (SI) firms with exposure to client-facing deliveryGood knowledge of AI/MLComfortable leading technical teams and presenting to C-level and enterprise architectsSome exposure to insurance domain projects (e.g., claims, underwriting, chatbot, summarization) is a plusWhat You'll Love About Working HereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
