This role involves designing scalable, configuration-first solutions, driving automation and AI capabilities, and optimizing system architecture. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, mentor peers, and manage data operations to support business intelligence and efficiency across the organization.  Key Responsibilities of the role:Lead Salesforce development and updates, staying aligned with platform advancements and managing end-to-end delivery.Design and implement scalable solutions, including configuration-first approaches, complex integrations, and automation features.Enhance platform capabilities, leveraging AI, workflows, forms, and flows to drive business efficiency and intelligence.Maintain and optimize system architecture, reducing technical debt, supporting enhancements, and ensuring security compliance.Provide technical mentorship and expertise, proficient in Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), AppExchange, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce APIs.Manage data and user operations, including Marketing Cloud assets, reports, dashboards, helpdesk tickets, and documentation of system changes.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.Proficient in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, with strong platform knowledge.Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing complex technical challenges.Effective communicator, able to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts clearly.Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process and qualityWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE? Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growthOur commitment to maintain high ethical standards ensuring Diversity, Sustainability and Inclusion in our business practisesBe a part of our professional communities role framework which promotes professional growth, career development and enhances Sogeti’s capabilities across different domainsSogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
