Your roleFocus on transition project execution but also on client advisory in transition area;Focus on working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective;Close cooperation with Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working;Building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.Your profileMin 3 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery;Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area;Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management;Excellent English Communication Skills to ensure effective communication between key stakeholders’ groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams);Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands.What you'll love about working hereFlexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;Do you want to learn more?
