Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEAnalyze, review, and negotiate complex technology contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners;Draft legal opinions on various topics, focusing on contract, corporate, and regulatory law;Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Capgemini Portugal, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations;Represent the legal department in meetings and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, with fluency and confidence;Provide support on corporate governance and corporate structuring matters;Collaborate with business areas in an agile environment, proposing practical and effective legal solutions;Contribute to legal innovation initiatives, including the use of Gen AI and other emerging technologies.YOUR PROFILELaw degree with active registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;Minimum of 10 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, preferably in technology or consulting companies;Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong presentation and negotiation skills in an international environment;Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and data protection (GDPR);Previous experience as a DPO or direct involvement with privacy and data protection matters;Experience working in multinational environments and complex legal structures;Organized, proactive profile with a strong interest in contract negotiations and the challenges of a constantly evolving market;Basic knowledge of Gen AI and interest in legal innovation.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
