Je combineert leiderschap met technische expertise en klantgerichtheid. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Leiding geven aan RPA-projecten en teams, van strategie tot implementatie.Analyseren en optimaliseren van processen: identificeer kansen voor robotisering en intelligente automatisering.Ontwikkelen van RPA-oplossingen met UiPath, Power Automate, Kofax en andere platforms.Integreren van AI met RPA om processen slimmer en effectiever te maken.Pre-sales en klantadvies: presenteer oplossingen, bouw businesscases en adviseer over roadmaps.Mentorship en kennisdeling binnen onze RPA-community.Wie ben jij?HBO/WO-opleiding in IT of Business.Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in RPA of procesautomatisering, waarvan ≥ 2 jaar in een leidinggevende of consultancyrol.Ervaring met UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere of Kofax.Kennis van programmeertalen zoals Python, JavaScript of PowerShell.Interesse in AI-integratie met RPA.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vloeiend Nederlands (C1-niveau).Dit bieden wij jou:Salaris tussen €4.000 en €6.500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring, plus vakantiegeld en mobiliteitsbudget.Leaseauto (elektrisch), laptop en thuiswerkvergoeding.26 vakantiedagen, met mogelijkheid tot bijkopen.Hybride werken: thuis, kantoor of klant.Onbeperkt opleidingsbudget, begeleiding op maat, hackathons en tech events.Werken aan gave projecten bij top 200 bedrijven van Nederland.Een inclusieve werkomgeving waarin jouw ideeën tellen en je jezelf kunt zijn.SamenvattingAls Lead RPA Engineer bij Sogeti combineer je leiderschap, technologie en strategie om impact te maken.
