Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEIn this role, you should expect to:Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for cross-platform mobile apps (iOS and Android).Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize features that deliver user and business value.Translate customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.Lead product discovery and validation efforts, including user research, prototyping, and testing.Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features within project constraints.Act as the product lead in cross-functional project teams, balancing roadmap priorities with project deliverables.Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.Champion mobile UX best practices and ensure consistency across platforms.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.YOUR PROFILEMore than 5 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications.Proven track record of delivering cross-platform mobile apps (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android).Experience working in both project-based environments and product-led organizations.Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and app store ecosystems.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude).WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
