Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your role:•Participates in the implementation of projects that require IT components – applications, modules, information systems, etc.;•Discusses, understands, and consolidates business requirements from users;•Analyzes technical requirements, conducts research, and liaises with external partners;•Proposes business solutions and prepares technical specifications in accordance with project requirements;•Provides support during the project, as well as after its implementation (e.g., application testing, user training);•Provides L2 support for the applications and systems for which they are responsible;•Complies with the IT&C rules and policies applicable to company employees within the department they work in;•Ensures the quality of the IT solutions provided, as well as their proper functioning, by adhering to the quality standards imposed through project specifications.•Identify and propose ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams within the group•Conduct training sessions for end users;•Continuous training on organizational methods, IT, and business domainsYour profile:•Completed or ongoing higher education (preferably IT or Technical profile);•Good knowledge of Ms Office (especially Excel);•Experience in project implementation (minimum 1 year);•Experience with ERP systems and/or logistics systems is an advantage;•Good analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills;•Good command of English;•Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and integration skills;•Dynamism, teamwork, innovative spirit, stress resistance;•Result-oriented and problem-solving mindset;•Time and priority management.What you’ll love about working here:•Flexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;•Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;•Do you want to learn more?
