Whether you are a junior or a medior, as long as you hold an EC certificate, this job can be a fit for you! Your responsibilities will be:1. Preparation & DiscoveryCollaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirementsAdvice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactorsLead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution2. Design & ConfigurationTranslate business needs into efficient HR processesConfigure the Employee Central module in SuccessFactorsSupport testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution3. Training & EnablementTrain clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solutionDevelop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage4. Deployment & Relationship BuildingLead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transitionFoster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support5.
